Output 1: Capacity-Building Workshops, Webinars, and Coalition Building
- Activity 1.1: Conduct five regional climate justice workshops, targeting 250 participants across youth, women, and indigenous communities. These workshops aim to establish five regional climate platforms.
- Activity 1.2: Organize quarterly workshops to empower 50 indigenous members in each region with advocacy tools and coordinate regional climate justice platforms.
- Activity 1.3: Hold policymaker meetings to amplify CSO voices in climate justice and participate in national exhibitions to engage stakeholders
Output 2: Networking Events
- Activity 2.1: Host annual forums for 100 CSO members and community representatives to foster collaboration, idea exchange, and partnership development for collective climate justice initiatives
Output 3: Community Workshops and Discussions
- Activity 3.1: Host 11 district-wide climate awareness workshops, engaging 550 participants on climate resilience and justice.
- Activity 3.2: Conduct six discussions in indigenous communities, involving 300 participants in climate justice initiatives.
- Activity 2.1: Host annual forums for 100 CSO members and community representatives to foster collaboration, idea exchange, and partnership development for collective climate justice initiatives
Output 4: Media Campaigns
- Activity 4.1: Launch six public awareness campaigns over six months via radio, TV, and social media, reaching 200,000 individuals with climate-resilient practices and justice principles.
Output 5: Policy Advocacy
- Activity 5.1: Provide mentorship and training to 50 community leaders on climate policy advocacy to promote local involvement in climate justice policy.

CSOs in Zanzibar, local communities (including youth, women, and indigenous groups), policymakers. - Secondary Beneficiaries:
